The Bangalore Youth Sports School Athletics Academy is committed to developing young athletes by focusing on speed, strength, endurance, agility, and overall fitness. Age-Wise Training Structure
5-8 Years | Introduction to Athletics

9-12 Years | Foundation & Multi-Event Training

13-16 Years | Specialization & Competitive Readiness
